Phoenix homes real estate market activity
The Phoenix housing market is always evolving and cyclical. You need an experienced agent to help you, and Patricia Roos has that needed knowledge by having years of helping buyers and sellers reach their goals in real estate! Because the Phoenix area is always adding residents, our market is constantly growing, and is a bit different from the traditional real estate markets across the United States. A big factor in the differences is in large part due to our weather in the desert. Our winters are very pleasant, while our summers are very hot. That translates into a unique buyer pool that increases from November through March causing neighborhoods where “snowbirds” flock, to get highly competitive. This is in contrast to the rest of the country where winter is typically much slower. Market activity for Phoenix homes for sale over the last year.
